This wishing well is special! It stands 4.5 inches tall. The base of it has stones that form a circle, adorned with shells. Blue 'water' is in the center of the stones, as well as in the bucket. A corded 'rope' holds the bucket to a post near the top. The roof of the well looks like logs. A sign that reads "Mermaids kisses and starfish wishes' sits on the shells that border the bottom of the roof. An orange starfish, bordered by 2 white shells sits on the top of the roof.
