This miniature is made of metal and glass. This is a dollhouse size replica of an oil lamp and is not a working lamp. The base of the lamp is gold colored metal with a round handle. The base is .6" high. The glass globe fits in the collar of the lamp and does not come out. The globe stands 1.2" high. It would make an authentic addition to a dollhouse, cabin diorama or shadow box.
